Retreat Reviews

I found Urnaa through Instagram and was always inspired by the quality and control of her movement. After starting online lessons with her, I quickly realized it was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my training. Urnaa focuses on longevity, proper warm-ups, and alignment to build strong, healthy habits. Her approach is personalized, emphasizing strength and stability before new skills. After just a month of private and semi-private sessions, I was able to achieve skills I’d struggled with for years thanks to her focus on foundations and technique. I highly recommend her to anyone serious about improving their contortion practice safely and effectively.

By stimulating the muscles of the whole body during warm-up and then starting the training, I was able to feel the connection of the whole body, which I had not felt before😆😆 It was a lot of fun to try various things, such as contortion handstand push-ups and one-handed contortion handstands, which are difficult to try😊😊 Things I want to share, even for those who don’t speak English, they communicated with me using Google Translate, and I had a really fun retreat experience If there’s another retreat I can attend, I’d like to participate actively😍😍
